Able to turn his hand to anything creative with over 12 years studio experience behind him, Mike leads our design team from the front. With enthusiasm, energy and a passion for all forms of design and creativity he favours a bold, simple approach.
Unafraid to push and challenge clients perceptions to get the best and most suitable results. With a particular love for branding and packaging Mike’s design dream client would be to work with New Balance and/or Absolut.

With a design background and a sharp eye for detail, James’s experience includes online auditing, front end design, coding and programming. James heads the digital team at The Wrapped Agency working with a talented team of creatives and marketing specialists.

Julie Has been able to bring a mature and responsible approach to the Finance Team. Admittedly Financial duties such as Payroll, Invoicing, reconciling Ledgers reports and Bank accounts are not the creative exciting element but are the essential element to ensure Wrapped is run efficiently.

Cassie heads up the Finance team at Wrapped. After training as a Chartered Accountant and working for many years in M&A at KPMG and SIG plc, she enjoys the diversity and challenges of working in a growing business. Cassie ensures everything is running smoothly behind the scenes and makes sure Wrapped is on track with achieving its own results!
Jen is our junior graphic designer within the design team. She is used to working on a range of projects from brochure designs to food packaging. Jen has a keen eye for detail and a love of consistency within artwork.

Kate is a Brand Strategist and is a founding Director at Wrapped and a top creative within her field with over 25 years experience.
Kate works with companies to explore and educate the power of branding that can help change their whole future, through customer experience, brand loyalty and understanding the possibilities.

Helen is our Business Development Manager and is first point of contact for all our clients.
Helen has a passion of making all clients happy and ensures that they are met with a smile and a warm welcome.

Amanda is a friendly, easy going and approachable person. She’s very organised and likes things to be neat, both at home and at work. As a graphic designer with over 20 years experience in the industry Amanda believes that a good design not only influences and inspires people but fundamentally is an emotional experience.
Amanda says “People appreciate and connect with design and art. It speaks to them and with the skills I have learnt and developed over the years I am proud to be able to do that for our portfolio of clients.”.
Ed has 20 years experience within the creative industry. He has a strong print-based background working on a wide range of brands within Health, Education, Food & Drink, Engineering and Agriculture sectors. Ed is involved with projects from the initial brief, ensuring the project runs to plan, creative quality, budget and time. He has a relentless attitude to achieving the best value for clients through a very talented creative team and strong supply network.

Becky is a digital marketing expert with over 9 years experience and is extremely passionate about it. She was one of the first ever Google trainers at the Google Digital Garage in Leeds, training and mentoring hundreds of businesses on behalf of Google. Becky works as a Digital Strategist at The Wrapped Agency and is a trainer for Google’s Digital Garage on Tour.
Becky specialises in SEO and search marketing strategy and is both Google Adwords and Google Analytics accredited.
Becky says “SEO is so much more than getting a website to the top of the Google search engine. It’s about understanding the customer and getting out the right message at the right time all the way through their buying cycle, in a useful and meaningful way”..
Getting to know how things work is what Martin does best. Researching who the customers are and where they are, both geographically and online. These are the fundamental steps to creating relevant adverts and finding opportunities for keywords, advert placements and social campaigns.
With 9 certifications in Google marketing, Martin finds your customer and guides them to your brand.

Rob is a Web Developer, making designs come to life. Rob has a can-do attitude and loves to keep up-to-date with technology. Learning new skills and researching all things web related keeps Rob ahead of the game, allowing him to implement designs and ideas that break the mold.

Lauren is a Trainee Account Handler. Lauren works alongside her colleagues to ensure each job runs smoothly and all deadlines are met. Being the youngest at Wrapped, Lauren brings lots of energy and enthusiasm to the team. She has a passion for being organised and has a list for everything.

Emily has worked in digital marketing for 6 years, focusing on social media and content marketing for a variety of industries. Getting to know who your customers are, where they digest content and what formats they engage with the most is what Emily specialises in. She can run training and workshops for you around any social platforms.
Emily says “Social media changes rapidly and keeping up to date with all platforms is what excites me about digital communications. You need to keep ahead with the trends because if you don’t, your customers will.”.
