Flourish at Newcastle Hospitals
Working with the CEO and Communications Director at Newcastle Hospitals, we have helped to roll out the Flourish campaign across the organisation using workshops and events to engage staff and bring it to life.
Being involved and listening to the staff at Newcastle Hospitals, we have taken feedback and worked with the Communications Director to create ideas and a project plan for the year. Based on a previously successful model and roll out, we developed a strategy which included social engagement, giveaways, events and challenges.
Throughout 2019, we will be implementing the strategy and roll out.
For the first incentive ‘Let’s Move’ campaign, we had 73 teams across Newcastle taking part, that’s 764 internal members of staff. Between them all they clocked 135,421,793 steps.
