The University Hospitals of Morecambe Bay
Our longstanding relationship with The University Hospitals of Morecambe Bay NHS Foundation Trust has meant we have worked alongside them on a number of different projects including a new website and marketing campaigns such as the ‘Flourish At Work’ initiative.
Working with their Directors, we continue to create successful internal campaigns such as Maternity Matters, Getting Dressed, The Bayway, Fresh Thinking and the Lottery for the Bay Hospitals Charity.
The Flourish campaign inspired a whole workforce to reclaim it’s health, overcoming the challenges of tough jobs on the frontline, and boosting staff and patient care for the long term.
Wrapped drew up a plan that would encourage staff to adopt healthier habits by creating highly engaging graphics, a movement mascot, and several landing pages on UMHBT website.
Within eight weeks of the Flourish campaign starting, UHMBT staff walked a massive 50,228,739 steps (equating to over two million calories used!). In the same period, there were over 595,199 impressions on Twitter and nearly 84,000 people reached.
Due to the amount of interest the Flourish At Work campaign generated, the sign-up form on the landing pages we created had to be temporarily closed as they had reached the full limit of pledges set by UHMBT for the campaign.
