We have a great relationship with Helmsley Group and have worked with them for a number of years on both design and digital, including an extensive rebranding. We created their website and continue to work with them on their digital marketing.
As part of the rebranding, our aim was to improve brand awareness and design vibrant and engaging creative resources, including branding, website, creative assets from site hoarding to promotional merchandise, and digital marketing training.
With several large-scale central York developments on the way, Helmsley needed a large-scale design to fit. We created a design for a scaffolding wrap to be used in the city centre along the theme of York In Bloom, raising brand awareness in a striking way.
All this activity has seen a year-on-year growth for Helmsley Group, with a 46% increase in website traffic from 2017-2018.
Following on from this successful activity, the Helmsley Group now rank at spots one and two on Google for their defined keywords.
We have since launched an information microsite for their luxury development, the Old Firestation, which works in partnership with the Carter Jonas website. This microsite includes a detailed portfolio, various design specifications and information on each individual property to help prospective buyers in their decision making.
