Mickle Hill, Rangeford Villages’ up market retirement village in North Yorkshire, used the full #GetWrapped to help them stand out in the marketplace and produce more leads.
Following the audit, we took the evidence and ran a discovery workshop. We identified the main touchpoints for each audience and the correct messages to use at each stage. Using this information, we created and implemented a detailed marketing strategy and copywriting to roll out onto the website, marketing materials, signage, social media, PPC, SEO, video and photography.
We created a website using a storytelling narrative, providing more information about the lifestyle that Mickle Hill offers, focusing on how impressive the facilities are.
In the first four months, we achieved over 2.3 million impressions on Facebook adverts, and there were on average 815 people per month who downloaded the brochure directly through our PPC and Facebook campaigns.
The Search Ads achieved over 11,000 clicks to the website from January 2018 to November 2018.
We ran a two-week long Christmas incentive Facebook campaign which accumulated 87,480 impressions and achieved 195 leads.
