Creating a Brand for Retirement Living – Rangeford Villages
We worked with Rangeford Homes to create a strategic brand and website to reach their audiences over over 50’s wanting to downgrade or feel reassured in their homes. We took this strategic brand and worked in partnership with the sales department to create: branding roll-out, brochures; offline marketing material and advertising; online marketing campaigns; signage and radio campaigns. Wrapped managed and planned this through managed and a marketing strategy that informed by extensive research and expertise.
Interior Design and Photography
Alongside the marketing campaigns and assets, we also created a showhome for Mickle Hill to use on their sales tours, designing the home based around the user profiles of their audiences. We assisted them with running open events, promoting these online and offline to reach thousands of potential buyers. We even helped on the day with sales and event hosting. Throughout these days and whilst creating the showhome, we also produced photography and videography to showcase the facilities, the homes and the community, which were used across the website, social media, digital campaigns and their brochure.
