Business Consultation and Brand Positioning for The FES Group
We worked closely with the directors of the FES Group to position the business strategically and redevelop their brand. Through extensive research and gaining insights via workshops, discovery sessions and audits, we understood the needs of each target audience relevant to the FES Group, enabling us to position their services very distinctly as sub-brands that speak directly to their relevant customers.
A Platform for Future Business Initiatives
During the research and workshopping phase, we identified that The FES Group were wanting to establish a platform that they could use to grow and develop future business initiatives. We created a brand bible detailing the story of the brand, their vision, mission, tone of voice and brand guidelines; a new website, email marketing strategy and deliverables; alongside offline marketing materials, such as print advertising, case studies, exhibition collateral and working templates.
