Business Goals & Objectives
To get the most out of your brand, online communications and marketing strategy; we all need to understand you short and long-term business objectives to ensure we are all singing from the same hymn sheet. Without this knowledge, strategies are not measurable and marketing reports are meaningless.
Put simply, we don’t do just ‘marketing’. We get to grips with your business in detail, making sure all marketing, digital and design activity has solid meaning, evidence and delivers on your
Our clients find our approach invaluable. We challenge, question and probe to coach you and you team into thinking differently about your business, your services and your audiences. We
shine lights on the dark, forgotten areas – highlighting opportunities and new ways of thinking. That’s where the real creative edge comes in.
Getting to know you
Like all of our projects, we always start by taking the time to really understand you, your team and your business in detail through a free Discovery Session. Don’t get us wrong, this Discovery Session may be free, but we do a great deal of research and preparation ahead of this meeting to ensure that we are fully familiar with your website, social channels and products or services before we meet with you. We don’t expect you to spend your valuable time talking us through information we can find online – we use this time to get into further detail and really understand the scope of the project and the future aspirations for your company. That’s how we start to plan how we can help get you there.
We will always conduct a mini-audit before our free session so that we can highlight any areas of concern or marketing opportunities. This may surprise you, or it may help reinforce your original brief and project scope – but it really helps us get to know how we can help build on the hard work that you have already done.
Defining your business goals
Before we can measure any form of success, we need to define what success looks like – and that is where our Managing Director and Brand Strategist Kate Eady comes in. With over 27 years of experience in this industry, Kate helps define achievable but challenging short-term goals that help drive your business towards your planned future and long-term objectives.
Without this business knowledge, creating a brand or marketing strategy is a stab in the dark.
How we deliver our service
Following our Discovery Session, we carry out a full audit and online research, finding who your competitors are both online and in your industry, benchmarking you against them. This highlights the opportunities facing you in: search, social, communications, branding and service offering.
After we have this evidence, we hold a half day workshop which is written entirely for your business individually. Getting your key decision makes in the same room as our Managing Director and Strategists, we set about challenging your proposition, defining your audiences and finally agreeing on measurable objectives.
All of this knowledge is then written up into a plan of action, which you can either take away with you – or we can continue working with you to help you achieve those objectives with our Get Wrapped or Digitally Wrapped model.

Unfortunately, creative pitches aren’t sustainable for business, so we choose our pitches carefully. If it’s a project that really excites us, and we genuinely feel that we can help deliver amazing results, then we will.
Relationships form the basis of everything that we do, so we feel it’s incredibly important that both us and you invest the time in a completely free Discovery Session for a couple of hours to dig into your objectives, clarify a detailed brief and find out more about each other. It’s how we begin every project journey.
We completely understand that a ball-park cost is often required for you to plan budgets and decide whether you would like to meet us. However, we do require a Discovery Session before we provide any confirmed pricing for a project, as this is the stage where we ensure our proposal fits your exact objectives.
