Discovery session

We take the time to fully understand your industry, your business, product, services and audiences. We kick off with a Discovery Session, where we talk through your expectations and agree on what success looks like.

We can then work towards successful branding and creative roll-out that everyone is bought into. Internal engagement is key for a successful launch.

If required, we then go into brand positioning and defining your brand promise, which then gives us all a good understanding.

It's all about Ideas

After a solid research phase, not just competitor research – it’s much more in-depth than that – we can start to create ideas and campaign thoughts based on intelligence.

We immerse ourselves in our business for a considerable amount of time, to consider the whole emotion and experience that you want your audiences to feel.

These ideas are creating real value.

The creative then comes from the interpretation of these ideas.

Creative roll-out

Taking from a detailed and considered brief, the creative team can then start making this tangible, bringing the ideas to life.

It doesn’t matter whether it’s online or offline design, exhibition stands, large format, catalogues or signage – we have the experience to look for unique ways to design and deliver outstanding work. What we do always leaves a lasting impression.

Consistency is key

We give you the opportunity to shine. We understand that every touchpoint with your audience should be consistent. We pay attention to imagery, photography, illustration, animation, videography, straplines, copy, designs and trends.

Pitches

Unfortunately, creative pitches aren’t sustainable for business, so we choose our pitches carefully. If it’s a project that really excites us, and we genuinely feel that we can help deliver amazing results, then we will.

Discovery Sessions

Relationships form the basis of everything that we do, so we feel it’s incredibly important that both us and you invest the time in a completely free Discovery Session for a couple of hours to dig into your objectives, clarify a detailed brief and find out more about each other. It’s how we begin every project journey.

Pricing

We completely understand that a ball-park cost is often required for you to plan budgets and decide whether you would like to meet us. However, we do require a Discovery Session before we provide any confirmed pricing for a project, as this is the stage where we ensure our proposal fits your exact objectives.
